Vacuum Forming Canopy Empty Vacuum Forming Canopy

In my attempts to vacuum form a canopy (from PETG) for my FWTA152 1/6th that I am building, I have  a consistent problem of the canopy having a "speckled/dimpled" appearance on the inside of it. Moisture? Can anyone advice as to what the problem is and how to overcome it?
